DC Sales is excited to announce three key new U.S. Sales Management positions:

Betsy Romero

Betsy Romero has been promoted to the newly created position of National Sales Director over all U.S. business.

The National Sales Director will report directly to the VP of Sales and is responsible for leading all domestic channels of business. The National Sales Director will also be responsible for developing and leading DC?s long-term strategic sales plans for the U.S. marketplace across Footwear, Apparel and Accessories for  Men?s, Junior?s and Kids? business.

Betsy has held several key sales management positions with DC over the past 5 years, and most recently held the position of Domestic Sales Manager for Corporate  Accounts.

Betsy?s extensive experience in the action sports industry and her knowledge and understanding of the dynamics of working with all types of retailers, from our core accounts to our national accounts, make  her a perfect fit for leading our U.S. business.

Todd Millspaugh

Todd Millspaugh has been promoted to  the newly created position of Eastern Regional Sales Manager.

The Eastern Regional Sales Manager will report directly to the National Sales Director and is responsible for leading all business across the midwestern, sou the rn and eastern United States.  The Regional Sales Managers will be responsible for overseeing all core and corporate accounts within the ir regions.

Todd?s most recent role has been Domestic Sales Manager for the outside sales force, and he has championed DC?s sales growth with his team over the last several years.

Todd?s years of experience in the industry, tremendous work ethic and strong product knowledge will help lead, develop and  expand DC?s business across the eastern U.S.  

Phil Kennedy

Phil Kennedy has been promoted to the newly created position of Western Regional Sales Manager.

The Western Regional Sales Manager, like the Eastern Regional Sales Manager, will report directly to the National Sales Director and is responsible for developing and leading DC?s business in the very important western  region.  The Western Regional Sales Manager will lead all sales efforts in the west across all business units and retail channels.

Phil comes to this position from the field, where he has worked for the past five years as an independent sales representative selling DC products. Phil will be transitioning over the next few months and will be relocating with his wife Susan to the San Diego area.

Phil?s extensive knowledge of our core skate business and his strong sales background  are critical in his ability to lead our efforts in the west.

Tim is very excited and pleased to announce the se key new sales management positions. This new management structure will allow a significant amount of additional service and focus to DC customers.

Betsy?s, Todd?s and Phil?s tremendous amount of collective experience and leadership  will lead and  expand   DC’s  domestic  sales efforts into the future.
