VERNON, B.C., CANADA (December 1, 1999) – Concept Snowboard Clothing and Far West Industries (Concept’s parent company) have put together a multi-year partnership with Whistler Heli Skiing. The partnership will include: Concept and Far West brand logos on all Whistler Heli Skiing helicopters and promotional materials. Concept and Far West products will be available at Whistler Heli Skiing’s two retail stores in Whistler. Concept and Far West will also outfit all thirty Whistler Heli Skiing Professional Mountain Guides. Far West has been outfitting the guides over the last year and has received an excellent response on the outerwear’s performance in the region’s extremely diverse weather conditions. Concept views the Guides as the ultimate testers for their performance products and is currently working with two of the Snowboard Guides on the Heliman Jacket which will be released for Fall 2000. The Heliman Jacket is designed to exceed the demands of backcountry snowboarders.
