One complaint: Tindys are cool. Haha!

Tell us about Midwest pride: Afton Alps! Minnesota! I like the Midwest. It’s a refreshing place. The parks are actually really good, although they can get rutted out and icy. You can shred from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and be surrounded by good vibes on the hill, all day long. Summers are fun too! Swimming, fishing, frolfing, skateboarding, longboarding, and ultimate Frisbee are some fun things to do when there isn’t snow on the ground.

Your accomplishments this past season: I guess my real biggest accomplishment this past year was having a girlfriend and being a snowboarder. I didn’t think I was going to have time to snowboard and hang out with her. Luckily she got on a board and she’s getting pretty dang good!

Highlight from last season: A trip to Japan with the Giro team.

Your goals for this season: Dude, just to shred every day and have a bunch of fun with my friends. Also, to film a good part because I feel like I haven’t reached my full potential with that yet. I still have a lot of really cool ideas for tricks that I’d like to do!
