From the early days on the contest circuit, to her current status as a cast-iron backcountry legend, Annie Boulanger has literally done it all. Along the way she's endured injuries, awards, avalanches, video game appearances and just about everything else you can expect to encounter in a career built on snowboarding.

After more than 10 years of filming video parts in the backcountry, Annie has developed a reputation as one of the most knowledgable freeriders of all time, and is always in the know on weather forecasts and avalanche reports. Fellow pros and anyone that comes into contact with this beloved French Canadian praise her attitude, ability and determination.

Annie's Take:
Surrounding myself with good people and just sharing and enjoying snowboarding, that's what's most important.

“Annie is the official Full Moon weather woman. On top of that, she is the most analytical. Because of her wealth of knowledge in the backcountry, she knows exactly what, where and when to send it and when not too— we all have so much to learn from her. A true gem and the person we look to when we need advice.” – Leanne Pelosi

Full Moon is a two year film project that seeks to feature the past, present and future of women’s snowboarding. Get to know the girls.
