ThirtyTwo Snowboard Footwear is proud to introduce our newest pro, Markku Koski. The young Finnish rider has been killing pipes and dominating contests for eight years now.

Markku was raised in Sievi, Finland, and started riding in 92. With his natural talent and amazing speed of progression, Markku has earned a spot among the top riders in the world…at the ripe age of 20. Markku recently finished serving his required six-month training course in the Finnish military, and is back to his regular training course in hopes of earning a spot on his nation’s Olympic team.

You may remember Markku from his American debut at the Gravity Games last year. With 3 major wins under his belt in 2001, Markku is definitely making a name for himself.

Aside from snowboarding, the recent high school graduate gets his stoke from travelling, skating, shooting photos and filming, and, of course, PS2. Be sure to say hello next time you see Markku owning the Super Park at Snow Summit.
