First release from First Tracks Productions to premiere at the Hard Rock Café, inside Harvey’s Casino, Stateline, Nev.
Lake Tahoe Calif./Nev.- 2K2 Sick Day, the first release from pioneering snowboarding and action sports producers First Tracks Productions, will premiere at the Hard Rock Café at Harvey’s Casino on Thursday, October 17th at 7pm with free admission.
The all-ages event will feature giveaways including a season pass to Kirkwood Mountain Resort, a snowboard from Monument Snowboards as well as products from Cutting Edge Sports, BYO Records, Mongoose All-Terrain Boards and more.
“Now that we’ve finished producing Sick Day, we just want to have a good time with old and new friends alike and share the product of our labor with other riders as we get ready for the new season. A video premiere at the Hard Rock is the perfect way to do just that.” said First Tracks owner Anthony Cupaiuolo.
Sick Day showcases where snowboarding is and where it’s going. The video gives viewers more of what they want to see, including real-time video, displaying riding in its truest form and first person footage, which brings the viewer into the action.
Pro riders Ryan Paris, Andreas Wiig, Tom Gilles, Jussi Oksanen and Shaun White, and competition footage from Triple Crown, Boarding for Breast Cancer and the North American Freeride championships supplement footage of up-and-coming amateurs Joe Becker, Scott Bowen and Marek Cholinski. Sick Day features a tight indie soundtrack and terrain from the park to the backcountry.
A video trailer for Sick Day can be seen at First Tracks’ website, www.FirstTracksProductions.com. Copies of Sick Day can be purchased directly through the site as well.
