SANTA FE SPRINGS, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–April 1, 1999–Vans, Inc. (Nasdaq:VANS) today announced that Neal R. Lyons has been promoted to President of the Company’s retail division.

Lyons has been with Vans since 1995 and most recently served as Senior Vice President of retail.
