Starting today, Sunday River Resort launches two major sales designed with one thing in mind—the absolute lowest price guaranteed on vacation packages and lift tickets for the 2013/14 winter season.

From now until October 15, Sunday River will sell its ski and stay packages at up to 20 percent off peak season rates. Additionally, the resort will also open its online lift ticket store where skiers and snowboarders can purchase lift tickets at up to 30 percent off of window rates all winter.

“These two sales make it easy to plan a ski trip for a day, a weekend, or a week, knowing that you’re getting the absolute lowest price,” Nick Lambert, VP of Sales and Marketing for Sunday River, says. “And on top of these price guarantees, your trip will be backed by our snow guarantee.”

With Sunday River’s snow guarantee, guests can rest assured knowing that for any vacation package or lift ticket purchased in advance, if the snow conditions aren’t up to their expectations, they can turn in their lift ticket and come back another day that season.

Ski and Stay Packages:

Ski and stay packages currently range in price from standard packages starting at $59 per person, per night, to holiday packages starting at $119 per person, per night. Longer stay packages are also available, including Sunday River’s 5-Day Ski Week starting at $309 per person.

If a lower price is offered later in the season on a trip booked under the lowest price guarantee, Sunday River will reduce the rate to match it automatically.

All ski and stay packages include lift tickets, lodgings, and an adult Perfect Turn ski or snowboard clinic per night booked. Some packages even include breakfast.

Online Lift Tickets:

Lift tickets purchased online at sundayriver.com vary in price, and are designed to reward the online shopper who purchases their tickets the farthest in advance with the most savings.

Total savings are based on a tiered pricing structure with a set quantity of lift tickets per tier. As tiers sell out, prices increase. Percentage savings per tier range between 10 percent and 30 percent off of window rates.

Online lift tickets are sold throughout the winter season and must be purchased at least 24 hours in advance.
