Powder Quest has named Shin Campos as the lead guide on its Snowboard Argentina Tour, set to explore Northern Patagonia come August. Campos has years of Argentinian adventures under his belt, and his local knowledge will come in handy as he uses the mountain’s natural terrain to help riders hone their skills across all types of terrain.
“So stoked to guide this tour with PowderQuest. It’s always special to head down in mid-summer to Argentina to ride powder and enjoy the amazing steak and wine dinners. Also Argentina is so beautiful with such a different look to the mountains and trees as back here in Canada. Now we can only hope for the deep snow and then this trip will be my summers highlight,” said Campos of the upcoming tour.
Early-season conditions are already looking promising at the three resorts hosting the tour- Cerro Catedral is already open, with Cerro Bayo, and Cerro Chapelo soon to follow.
