Portland, OR—When longtime executive director Spencer Fransway stepped down, Snowdays knew his boots would be tough to fill. His experience and intimate familiarity with all facets of the organization were unmatched. After a lengthy search, Snowdays is happy to welcome Scott Keating to the team to step into that role.
“We needed someone with both business acumen and a magnanimous personality. Anyone who knows Scott knows he has both,” said Jen Lorentzen, Snowdays Brand Director.
Scott brings years of experience and passion to the team. From his work as Business Development Director with Nike SB to his countless hours on the snow and in skateparks, it’s clear he has the skill set necessary to help Snowdays thrive.
“I couldn’t be more excited to join Snowdays and give back to the snowboarding community that I love,” said Scott. “It’s Snowdays’ mission to provide life skills through snowboarding and I’m excited to help our students see what’s possible through the fun challenge of snowboarding.”
