Park City, Utah (August 28, 2008) – Park City Mountain Resort’s season passes are now available for the 2008-09 winter season at early season prices. Discounted Park City Mountain Resort season passes are available through September 30, 2008. With over $10 million dollars in improvements, including a new high-speed quad from the base area and a completely renovated Mid-Mountain Lodge, the 2008-09 season brings exciting new reasons to purchase a pass at Park City Mountain Resort this winter.

Park City Mountain Resort’s Adult Season Pass with included Fast Tracks is available for $1250 until September 30th. Fast Tracks provides access to express lanes at the Resort’s most popular lifts. The Adult Season Pass will be available at regular price for $1450. The Youth Season Pass for ages 7-12 is available for $350 until September 30th and then becomes $415. The Youth Season Pass for ages 13-17 is available for $750 until September 30th and then becomes $850.

The Utah Resident EZ Access Pass is available for $540 – that’s just $54 a day with included Fast Tracks and annual rollover (proof of Utah residence required at ticket office to purchase). The EZ Access provides guests with 10 days of lift access with no blackout dates at Park City Mountain Resort.  The Youth EZ Access Pass (7-12 years old), also providing 10 days of lift access and Fast Tracks, is $270. Non-Utah residents can enjoy the Adult EZ Access Pass for $650 and the Youth EZ Access Pass for $330.

For the 2008-09 winter season, Park City Mountain Resort is offering a new pass to Utah residents and property owners. The five-day pass is called the Utah Locals 5-Pack and is available for $270 (just $54 per day). The tickets will be available for use all season long except for December 26, 2008 through January 1, 2009 and February 14 through February 16, 2009. The Utah Locals 5-Pack is non-transferable and will not include Fast Tracks, rollover, parking, or on-mountain discounts. However, the price will remain the same all year, and guests are welcome to refill their 5-Pack when they have used up their previous one.

The Utah Student Pass (7-12 years old) is available for $150 until September 30th and then becomes $200. The Utah Student Pass (13-17 years old) is $200 until September 30th and then becomes $250.

Beginning this Friday, August 29 through Labor Day, $40 single day lift tickets will be available for early and late season only at Sniagrab and Canyon Sports.

Park City Mountain Resort’s summer activities will remain open seven days a week until October 12. The Resort has great activities for the entire family including the newest attraction, the Alpine Coaster, as well as the Alpine Slide, the ZipRider, the climbing wall, miniature golf, horseback riding, the human maze, the Legacy Launcher, Little Miners Park, lift-served mountain biking and hiking and lift-served access to Park City’s historic Main Street. Base activity hours after Labor Day will be Sunday through Thursday from noon to 6:00 pm; Friday and Saturday from noon to 8:00 pm. The Town Lift will close mid-week after Labor Day but will be open every Friday through Sunday until October 12 and will operate noon to 6:00 pm. Legends Bar & Grill, located in the main plaza area, is open seven days a week and features summertime fare in both an indoor and outdoor setting.
