Our calendar must be screwed up, because somehow the September issue is already out.
The first issue of TransWorld SNOWboarding is shipping to subscribers today! You’ll be able to buy it at newsstands in two weeks.
To kick off of the season-TransWorld’s nineteenth season-we created two different, collectible covers. Subscribers will get Josh Dirksen’s 34-foot backside air from Mack Dawg’s now-famous super session at June Mountain. On the cover of the newsstand issue is Josh’s one-footer, way the hell up there on the same massive hip.
TransWorld’s got a whole different look this year, thanks to our new art team: Art Director Randy Ronquillo and Associate Art Director Kim Treffer. It’s clean and well organized, and of course it’s filled with the best photos and content that only T-dub can get.
As a bonus, if you buy the newsstand edition, you’ll also get a free DVD featuring teasers from our exclusive partners: Mack Dawg, Defective Films, kidsKNOW, Whiteout Films, Neoproto, and Misschief. The mag is still just $3.99 (U.S.). Don’t miss out on future issues of the world’s number-one snowboard magazine; subscribe here on the site. Or head to newsstands August 1 and get the DVD.
P.S. If you buy one of the new snowboarding videos from www.TransWorldSNOWboarding.com, you get a subscription to the magazine included in your purchase! That’s what I’d do.
