The Mammoth Value Pass Club (MVP Club) is returning for the 2005/06 season. Passes go on sale April 1, 2005 and are only $485, allowingunlimited skiing and riding at Mammoth and June Mountains for the entire 2005/06season-plus many more benefits.

The purchase of a Value Pass gains entry into the MVP Club. Members will enjoy exclusive pricing on future pass products and other premium services. This is the last year guests will be able to join the MVP Club. Membership must berenewed through pass purchase on an annual basis.  Only MVP Club members will be able to purchase passes at Value Pass pricing in future seasons.

“The Value Pass program has been such an incredible success that it has reached capacity and we are closing membership after this year’s sales,” said Mammoth Mountain Senior Vice President Pam Murphy. “The MVP Club will reward our long-time pass holders and loyal guests by offering them a chance to continue to take advantage of Value Pass pricing after sales are no longer open tonon-members.”

Since it’s inception five seasons ago, the MVP has been extremely popular because it is an incredible deal and it pays for itself in just seven days of skiing or riding. As a bonus, MVP Club members with a 2005/06 pass can start using their passes to ski or ride beginning May 1, 2005 to take advantage of Mammoth’s fabulous spring skiing.

Through the summer, MVP Club members also enjoy great deals including Scenic Gondola Rides at no additional cost and discounts on Activity Passes for Sierra Star Golf Course and Mammoth Mountain Bike Park. During the winter season, they’ll have unlimited access to both Mammoth and June Mountains – that’s about nine months on over 4,000 acres of terrain with absolutely no restrictions or blackout dates.

Adult passes are just $485, youth (age 13-18) are $365 and children (age 7-12) and seniors (65+) just $245. Once again, there will be a limited number of Mammoth Value Passes available for purchase. Last year the passes sold out in just 16 days. Acting fast is the only way to secure a pass.

Mammoth will once again offer an online “pre-sale” renewal period for previous pass holders to reward loyalty and to ensure the availability of passes. All previous pass holders can purchase a pass for only $450 – a $35 savings off the regularly priced pass. These special prices will be offered to previous Value Pass holders during the pre-sale only.

Mammoth Value Passes can be purchased online at MammothMountain.com or by calling 800.MAMMOTH. These passes are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person or season.
