Mammoth Mountain Will Be Open for Riding Through August

Mammoth Mountain is now officially staying open into August for one of its longest seasons in history. A current base depth of 120″ at Main Lodge and over 270″ at the summit makes for some of the best spring conditions in decades.

Mammoth is operating daily and the riding is all-time. For more places to continue this endless winter, check out Camp of Champions, High Cascade Snowboard Camp, and Woodward at Tahoe, Copper, and Boreal.

You may associate California with the classic surf film "Endless Summer," but here in Mammoth Mountain, California we are in the midst of a true Endless Winter. We can honestly say this season at Mammoth has been the best in the country, producing the best spring conditions in decades. Even our biggest season on record [668" 2010/2011] did not produce the kind of conditions and coverage we're seeing right now.

With a current base depth of 120" at Main Lodge and over 270" at the summit, Mammoth will be operating DAILY into August for one of our longest seasons in history. When will this endless winter end?
