Ima Betta Jibba is back for the third year in a row. This year however, we’ve added a second division for those who aren’t neck-deep in the best four (to five or six) years of their lives.  The SDS has decided to open this competition to anyone and everyone who wants to enter and show us their backyard park.  Two winners will be chosen: one from the college division and one from the open division.  With two winners possible, this means more chances to take home a couple Rome Snowboards and a backyard rail session with the pros.

For the past two years university crews have traded text books, and passing grades for rakes and rails. They’ve been doodling backyard jib schematics in class and constructing drop ins behind their houses.  However, we know a lot of non-collegiate crews are out doing the same thing, so we thought we would give them a chance to show off their hard work as well.

If you think you have the time, features, and creativity to win the 3rd annual Ima Betta Jibba you’ve got your work cut out for you. Show us why you and your friends have built the best backyard park in 2-3 minute edit and we’ll bring the Rome team riders for a private park session.

Get creative, design your park, ride it, film it, snap some photos, and more importantly have some fun. Then show us.
