High Cascade’s Photo Workshop was at it again this year, looking more promising than ever. Under the teachings of veteran photographers Trevor Graves, Tim Zimmerman, Kari Rowe, and TWS Seniors Christy Chaloux and Andy Wright, students are taught the ins and outs of snowboarding photography. From simple composition and lighting setups to how to manage and sell your photographs in the industry. Big props to NEMO HQ for donating time, computers, and classroom materials to make this workshop a success. To anyone considering attending the Photo Workshop, it’s worth every penny you spend. Or you might be lucky and talented enough like Connor Dudgeon is, and can win your way to the workshop. Some of Connor’s photos are included in a slide at the end of the post.

Enjoy and hope to see you next year!

One of the best ways to learn how to shoot this sport. P.S.: Last year, we didn't have couches. Feel lucky, students.

On- hill learning is the way to go. Just watch out for any riders who might land on you.
