SnowMagic Entertainment Industries Continues to Revolutionize the Snow Sport Industry by Using its Patented Technology to Build the First Multi-Activity Indoor Snow Sports Facility in US

NEW YORK — SnowMagic Entertainment Industries (SMEI) has entered in to discussions at four potential sites in major cities across the US to develop multi-activity indoor snow facilities. These would be the first of many that SMEI plans to construct and operate.

Each snow sports complex would be diversified in its offerings, including a snowboarding half-pipe, quarter-pipe and terrain park. In addition, each facility would have at least two tubing trails, a snow park and ice skating rink, essentially creating a “winter wonderland” with an activity for everyone.

“Our snow making equipment, which can produce snow in temperatures up to 60 degrees, is the perfect solution for indoor snow sport facilities,” says Gary R. Rogliano, Chairman and CEO of SMEI and its parent company, TransPacific Capital Corporation. “Participants are able to enjoy the sport on a high quality snow base at relatively comfortable temperatures,” added Rogliano.

SMEI’s design includes creating an outdoor venue within the facility giving participants a complete feeling of being outdoors. SMEI’s plans are to create this type of entertainment in major cities across the US and within major amusement parks. SMEI’s expansion is also continuing overseas.

SnowMagic Entertainment Industries is a multi-faceted entertainment company focused primarily on providing opportunities and venues for snow sport related activities by manufacturing the highest quality snow. SMEI designs, manufactures, installs and maintains the equipment used in snowmaking operations, consults and designs skiing and snowboarding entertainment facilities, manages skiing and snowboarding facilities, maintains and rents equipment, and owns snow entertainment facilities.
