Echo Mountain, CO – March 20, 2009 – Echo Mountain offers the best skiing and riding value in the state with the release of their 2009-2010 season pass. Starting today, current Echo pass holders can purchase an unlimited 2009-2010 season pass for $139. In addition, Echo Mountain is offering non-pass holders the opportunity to purchase an unlimited pass that includes the remainder of this season and all of the 2009-2010 season for only $189.
“Skiing and riding is an inherent part of Colorado culture, and our priority since opening three years ago has been to provide a memorable experience at a reasonable rate,” says Echo Marketing Director Molly Mueller. “Our pass has always been an exceptional value, which is in line with our commitment to make skiing and riding available and accessible to the masses.”
Echo’s winter season historically runs from late November to early May, and the area offers Denver’s closest night skiing option with hours of operation from 9a to 9p on Mondays and Wednesdays through Saturdays. Echo is open from 9a to 5p on Sundays and is closed to the public on Tuesdays. Currently, adult lift tickets are $43 for a full day and $29 starting at 3p. Youth tickets for ages 6-14 are $24, and children five and under ski and ride for free. Echo also offers a beginner lift ticket for only $19, which includes access to two surface lifts and two designated learning areas.
The Echo Mountain 2009-2010 unlimited season pass is currently available for purchase online at echomt.com or onsite in the Echo Lodge. All Echo Mountain season passes are non-transferable, non-refundable and pricing is subject to change.

Through the end of the 2008-2009 ski and ride season, currently scheduled for May 3, 2009, Echo Mountain will feature a Twilight Special group instruction program and a Family Four Pack ticket offer. The Twilight Special is available at 5p every Monday and Wednesday through Saturday, and the package includes a one-hour and 45-minute group ski or snowboard lesson and lift ticket for only $39. Echo’s Family Four Pack includes four afternoon lift tickets, four sodas or milk, four slices of pizza, four bags of chips and four cookies or brownies for only $99, which represents a savings of $50. The Echo Family Four Pack is available starting at 4p on Mondays and Wednesdays through Saturdays and can be purchased onsite in the Echo Lodge. An add-on group lesson option is available at 5p for only $29, and all four skiers and riders must be present at the time of purchase. “It’s a great way for a family to spend some quality time together on the slopes without breaking the bank,” says Mueller.
Finally, and in recognition of Spring Break, Echo Mountain will expand its hours of operation. On Tuesday, March 24th and Tuesday, March 31st, Echo will be open from 9a to 9p.
