Tahoe City, CA. Alpine Meadows will host Jon Comer, Tony Hawk, and MikeVallely February 25 and 26. Working with filmer and director MattPowers of Southern California’s Powers Philms, the three professionalskaters will document the life and skating career of Jon Comer. Thefilm’s title, Never Been Done, is appropriate because Comer is the firstamputee to make a professional career of skateboarding.
Professional skaters Tony Hawk and Mike Vallely will accompany/interviewComer throughout the film. “His career and his skateboarding, and whohe is as a person needs to be put into proper perspective. He deservesthat,” said Vellely. As one of skateboarding’s most talented athletesas well as being a household name, Tony Hawk’s endorsement will ensurenotoriety for the already incredible Jon Comer story.
