April 7th, 2005 San Diego, CA; Celsius Snowboard Footwear is pleased to announce the addition of Chris Bradshaw and Micke Sjoberg to the Celsius roster. Chris and Micke will take their place on the newly developed rookie team.

Chris Bradshaw has spent most of this winter traveling with E-Stone and the rest of the Technine Crew filming for F.O.T.’s new video “One Love due out next Fall. Bradshaw also earned an all expense paid trip to Snowboarder’s annual Superpark. Chris is supported by Technine Boards and Bindings, Neff Headwear, Ambiguous, Grenade, Electric, Bear Mountain, and of course Celsius Snowboard Footwear.

Micke Sjoberg is Celsius’ first shredder from across the pond. Micke has been busy sending Celsius some of the most amazing shots all winter from around Europe. Be sure to keep an eye out for this kid. We aren’t exactly sure what he has been up to this winter. All we know is he is from Sweden and hangs out with some really talented photographers, one of which got him the cover of On-Board.

Celsius’ team manager Jason Kimball is rumored to be building an even stronger team presence but he has been pretty quiet about his plans. He won’t even tell us what he has been up to. Last we heard he was in the Utah backcountry with MCA from the Beastie Boys and Joel Gomez the owner of Sessions.

In other Celsius team news, Kooley and Mendenhall have been traveling quite a bit, hitting up Tahoe, Alaska and a couple secret rail destinations filming for Kids/Know’s new flick. Jordan got quite a scare on a Celsius trip to Alaska when he ran into kidney trouble. Luckily it wasn’t as serious as we all feared and he was riding again in no time.

Micah Mcginnity just got back from a very successful trip to the Mid-West where he met up with Celsius’ rep Steve Obney. Steve stepped up and scouted out rails all week for Micah, Eric and BJ Leines, Obney even managed to convince an angry cop that the three were filming a spot for the X-Games. The cop was so stoked he stuck around to watch and when it was all over, he invited them back next year and asked the crew to participate in a D.A.R.E. event for the local school.

Chris Dufficy had a little scrape with his sled and managed to break some ribs. Luckily for Chris, getting hurt is nothing new. He is rumored to be hiding out somewhere in Canada resting so he can finish up his part for White Out’s new flick. Expect great things from Duff’s this season. The Wildcats are reporting that he has really stepped it up.

We here at Celsius would also like to take a second to wish Jason Kimball and his family the best. Kimball’s dad was just diagnosed with cancer this winter, and is currently undergoing treatment. Our thoughts are all with Kimball’s family and we are confident that his father will beat this and make a full recovery.
