Brian Head Resort in Brian Head, UT is stepping up its game by revamping its terrain park system. The newly branded terrain parks named collectively the Stephen Wade Auto Centers Training Grounds will feature a construction theme and 20 plus new features. The Stephen Wade Auto Centers Training Grounds will consist of four progressive park areas: the Foundation, Detour, Bypass and the BagJump. Sections of the parks will be operational by opening day, Nov. 15, 2013. The expert park will open Dec. 14, 2013.
Brian Head Resort’s BagJump, the only BagJump in Utah, will get a new look with revamped takeoffs and surface lift access. The BagJump and the Bypass terrain park will be lighted for night skiing access.
The Stephen Wade Auto Centers Training Grounds will allow visitors to improve their park skills with a state-of-art set up. The terrain parks will feature a new series of Advanced Winter Ski School Workshops. These workshops will focus specifically on terrain park aspects and skills.
The Stephan Wade Auto Centers Training Grounds will play host to several resort events. The public will get their first look at the park features with Brian Head’s Opening Day Rail Jam Competition. The resort will also host a Triple Crown series featuring a second rail jam competition, slope style, and ending with a big air competition. For more event info please visit brainhead.com.
