Bear Mountain has rounded up a crew of professional coaches for Freestyle Camp to give expert advice on every element of park riding. Skiers and snowboarders will get tips and techniques on how to master rails, boxes, jumps, and half pipe, as well as video analysis for reinforcement. Not only has Bear Mountain assembled the best team possible, campers will be training on Bear’s nationally recognized Terrain Parks and So Cal’s only Superpipe.
“The Freestyle Camp at Bear Mountain enables riders to progress from beginner to advanced in skill and confidence,” says Bear Mountain’s Director of Marketing Rio Tanbara. “They really get the opportunity to see what it’s like to have fun and ride safely in the terrain park.”
There are three levels available for skiers and snowboarders ages 8 and up; Skilled Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced. The only requirements include basic riding skills and ability to navigate on intermediate terrain, along with a helmet. Park and Pipe Sessions are only $139 per day with lift ticket included or $99 for Season Pass holders. Special rates are available for season long campers.
The Freestyle Camp is a unique learning experience that can prove valuable for any rider. No matter what the goal, Bear Mountain will get you one step closer.
