ASPEN/SNOWMASS, Colo. — Aspen/Snowmass Classic Passholders can renew their passes now by phone or mail. Passholders can enjoy the four distinct mountains of Aspen/Snowmass for as little as $27.25 per day — or less than $18.25 per day with the two free World Cup days. This year Aspen Skiing Company is offering the same two passes as last season – the Aspen/Snowmass Classic Gold Pass, offering savings of over 70 percent off window rates, and the Aspen/Snowmass Classic Silver Pass, offering savings of over 60 percent off window rates.

All 2001/2002 Classic Passholders will receive a renewal form by mail in the next two weeks and are encouraged to renew over the phone by calling 970-923-1227 or 877-282-7736 . All previous passholders must renew their Classic Pass by Nov. 15, 2002 to be active for the 2002/2003 season. However, as an added bonus, passholders who renew last season’s Classic Pass by Oct. 15, 2002, will receive two FREE days, valid on Aspen Mountain (ONLY) during the World Cup races Nov. 28-Dec. 1, 2002. Those wishing to purchase an Aspen/Snowmass Classic Pass for the first time must visit one of our sales locations and buy the pass in person.

Aspen/Snowmass Classic Gold Pass – For $109 adults can ski/snowboard any four days on any of the four area mountains – Snowmass, Aspen Mountain, Aspen Highlands and Buttermilk – throughout the winter season with no restrictions or blackout dates, and can purchase additional days at great discounts. In addition, last year’s passholders will receive two additional FREE days on Aspen Mountain during the World Cup races Nov. 28-Dec. 1 if they renew their pass by Oct. 15. Six days of skiing/riding translates to a total savings of almost 75 percent off the daily window rate. The same offer is available to youths (ages 7-17) for $79.

Aspen/Snowmass Classic Silver Pass – For $89 adults can ski/snowboard any two days on any of the four area mountains throughout the winter season with no restrictions or blackout dates, and can purchase additional days at great discounts. In addition, last year’s passholders will receive two additional FREE days during the World Cup races on Aspen Mountain Nov. 28-Dec. 1 if they renew their pass by October 15. The same offer is available to youths (ages 7-17) for $49.

With any Aspen/Snowmass Classic Pass, participants can purchase additional ski/snowboard days throughout the season at incredible savings. As always, lift tickets are valid at all four mountains and there are no blackout dates. The Aspen/ Snowmass season begins Nov. 28, 2002 and runs through April 20, 2003. ADULT YOUTH (7-17)
