Tahoe City, CA – Alpine Meadows and Homewood Mountain Resorts have joined to offer a new season pass for college students. The College Pass is $299 and valid at both mountains every day at except holidays* during winter 2009/2010.
The $299 College Pass will be available for purchase at SkiAlpine.com from July 1 to November 1, and offered to all college students carrying at least nine credits or units, regardless of age.
"The new College Pass is a great way for students to ski and ride all winter at an affordable rate," said Deanna Gescheider, Director of Sales and Marketing for Alpine Meadows and Homewood. "The fact that the pass is valid at two resorts at Tahoe's north shore gives students some flexibility as well. Alpine Meadows is known for its incredible terrain and laid-back vibe; and Homewood's tree skiing and amazing lake views can be appreciated by everyone. Between the two mountains, College Pass holders have access to more than 3600 acres of terrain, plus five parks. It's a fantastic value," she added.
Students are required to show a photo I.D. and college transcript when picking up their purchased season pass. For additional information about the new College Pass, visit SkiAlpine.com.
