CoverGirl Snow Angels Invitational (April 3-5)

About the event:
This year the CoverGirl Snow Angels Invitational will be going down from April 3-5 at Snowmass Colorado. This event is more than just a shred competition. Hosted by local Aspen shred Gretchen Bleiler and Snowmass, the event will host about 15 of the worlds top female shreds.  This unique event includes a Jam Superpipe contest.

2009 Confirmed Rider List: Gretchen Bleiler, Paulina Ligocka, Elena Hight, Hannah Teter, Sarah Conrad, Kelly Clark, Meg Pugh, Torah Bright, Ellery Hollingsworth, Clair Bidez, Mercedes Nicoll, Dominique Valle, Soko Yamaoka.

Summary of what went down last Year.
Last year Gretchen Bleiler took home the honors with first place and a not too shabby $10,000 prize. Vermont rider Kelly Clark finished second bagging $4,500.  Elena Hight, of South Lake Tahoe, earned her $2,000 with a third place finish. Hannah Teter and Manuela Pesko finished 4th and 5th.

Kelly Clark took home the honors of best trick and highest air. Most progressive rider went to Gretchen Bleiler.
