This deck is ripe with banana technology and promises to give you more control between your feet, extra float in powder, unbelievable pop, and divine flex. Oh, and the Magne-Traction edges will have you turning like a GS racer. This board does it all.
Tester feedback:
“Definitely good for having fun.”
“Really easy to ride this board. The presses were ridiculous—I would buy this board.”
Available sizes: 148, 151, 152, 156, 159
$469

I’m surprised the T. Rice BTX didn’t win anything. The art work is sick! Probably cause it’s a more limited release.

Yeah
Any structural changes from 07-08 skate banana to 08-09 model? 1st year graphics so much better.

I also just bought this years board. There is no side rail on the nose and tip, makes me kinda nervous since I ride like a maniac.
The guts of the board have been changed out from what I looked at from old reviews and new reviews. A little more stiff in the tail and a little more soft in the center.
The board is so ill, I get to try it in 3 days…blue/black killin’ it~

do not support brands that build skies! lib tech has to be the lamest brand in the world.

Christian,
I dont really understand what you mean. Maybe you are too cool to spell and really mean you dont support brands that sell SKIS. Nothin personal, but I’d be willing to bet that you dont understand just how many board companies are in cahoots with ski companies. Or how many companies build garbage in sweatshops(which Mervin does NOT).
Anyway, A good board is a good board,And tight skills are tight skills. Perhaps you posess neither, But it is not my place to say.
Have fun being a real hater and a pretend rider. There are probably many positive thing about the companies you do support, But anyone who knows anything about this industry will tell you Mervin mfg is legit.
The people have spoken and the bananna technology is the best thing since magna traction.
THANKS FOR THE BANANNA’S, MERVIN!!

hands down the best board on the market for any type of riding. this board rides everything. there is a reason why it was sold out in every store last year.
