Rome Lo-Fi Rocker ($430)
Forged around a brand-new camber profile for Rome called Freepop, the Lo-Fi features a flat mid-section that rolls into rocker on the nose and tail. The blend produces a board with a lot of ability. It’s got rail balance-ability, butter-ability, carve-ability, and pow float-ability to name a few. Underfoot, V-shaped bands of Kevlar and basalt add pop-ability. Straight-biax laminate fiberglass in the core gives it torsional flexibility. What more could you want?
“It rides awesome off piste as well as in the park. A lot of fun. Definitely for an aggressive rider, but still user friendly.”
