Test Pilot Offers New Tune Kit, Shoe Laces, And Wax

Test Pilot has designed a tuning kit that contains everything you need for a competition-ready tune-up. Instructions included illustrate base prep and repair, deburring and edge tuning, to waxing and finishing. Suggested retail price: $39.95. Another new item is its Ballistic Boot Laces. More than 50 percent Kevlar Aramid fibers in a composite blend with nylon, these laces offer abrasion and cut resistance. Available in two lengths: 45 inches and 100 inches. Suggested retail price: $7.95 and nine dollars a pair.

And finally, Test Pilot offers Race Paste, a new wax product line formulated for all snow conditions. It contains twice the hydrocarbon wax and three times more fluorinated slip agents than any other paste wax available. Available in air-tight 50 ml tins or one-pint cans.
