FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Carlsbad, California – February 4th, 2009 – Spy Optic introduces the all new Trevor snow goggle at the SnowSports Industries America (SIA) tradeshow in Las Vegas, NV January 27-30th.
Max out your style — not your bank account.
The new snow goggle features Spy’s signature high quality features with vintage styling and eye-popping techno colors on the frames and straps.
Trevor’s styling brings you back to a time of modernism. A time of taller, more rectangular frames with an emphasis on peripheral vision. A combination of bold angles and smooth curves make this a standout piece in the Spy goggle collection.
It features Triple Layer Isotron™ face foam, anti-fog cylindrical dual-lens system and a dual-adjustment silicone-ribbed strap for a secure fit with or without a helmet. Swap out the lens for any condition with 12 different lenses.

Available in ten vibrant colors with unique strap graphics, the Diagram colorway has a sonic welded strap inspired by vintage rock and roll graphics and the Acid Wash with a bleached denim fabric print brings you back to the frosted tips and glow gear heyday of the late ‘80s.
The Trevor is available to dealers for pre-booking immediately, and will ship in fall for the 2009-2010 winter season. The Trevor starts at MSRP $55.

Spy,you have a good enough name in the industry to come out with a goggle people will buy. That being said, all you have to do is make a progressively styled frame with an oversized lense and a whatever strap. These goggles decent but not risque` enough ro catch on really big or fail really badly. Take a risk, like Oakley did with the crowbar and the A-frame before it. BE DIFFERENT… And use the biggest lense you can while still looking like it is s functional size, even if that is not the case. Spy get your act together or your company who use to be on the forefront of google design and technology will fall to the wayside and become obsolete, falling to far subsuperior companies like S4 or Ashbury. GOOD LUCK!

Acid Wash? Great idea because we all can’t wait for this 80’s bullshit the snowboard companies are going to force on us.
