Olympic Outlook: Christy’s relatively new to the slopestyle scene, only riding in major contests since 2012. In that short time she’s stacked up three victories, the most recent of which came at the FIS World Cup at Stoneham. Christy likes to get inverted, throwing lines like a switch rodeo to backflip and she’s one of the few women to land a double wildcat. If she were to stomp that double cat at Sochi, well, that would put her in a good spot.
Potential Downfall: Consistency can be a problem for Christy. Before she won at Stoneham she placed 38th at the Copper Grand Prix.
