If this video doesn’t melt your face off, you have no soul. Coachella 2010.

One of the great live bands of our generation has set the dates for a full-on US tour. Muse, the experimental rock/metal/electonica/classical alchemists from overseas, are fresh off their 5th album and a killer festival tour (Big Day Out, Coachella, SXSW), ready to turn out through the States. As one Coachella attendee put it, “Muse? Damn, dude… They were the biggest, loudest, showiest band there, by far.”

The eclectic sound of Muse have been featured in several shred movies, including Picture This, More, Lost in Transition, The Community Project, Funny Feelings and The Punks. The Euros have been up on these guys for years, and they’re finally beginning to get their recognition here in the US.

From someone who’s seen the insanity that goes on both on-stage and in the crowds during their storied live shows, trust me – if they’re coming around your area, be ready to drop in. Or out.
