Billabong hit Sierra-at-Tahoe resort this past weekend for the 6th leg of the Flaunt It all-girls snowboard series competition. Girls from all over the globe (Norway, New Zealand, Colorado, New Mexico, Hawaii, Maine, Canada, Florida…these ladies had it covered!) came out to sunny Sierra to compete in a slopestyle and rail jam to win cash, tons of prizes and a trip to the Finals taking place in Quebec at the end of the March.

Conditions were ideal with tons of coverage from the 8+ feet of snow Sierra-at-Tahoe received in the past few weeks. The park crew had the Bashful park all groomed and ready for the girls to slay it while Billabong’s Jamie Anderson stopped by to hang out with the competitors and take her turn on the mic. The morning started with the slopestyle jam with Stacie Anderson taking the win by her solid switch backside 3’s, and Canada’s Natalie Gough taking a close second throwing down stylie backside 3’s. Young up-and-comer Tasha Griffin threw down the best trick of the day with a super smooth 270 on 270 off the C box. After a burrito fiesta lunch, the girls headed back to the lower Bashful park for an afternoon rail session that had local Becky Bruce taking the win.

The Billabong Flaunt It series finals take place at Mt. Tremblant on March 27th-28th with over $8500 cash up for grabs. If you’ve got it, Flaunt It!
