shaun did (apart from rails)
bs 180 on, cab 5 off
bs rodeo 5 of the rail (that was cool)
cab 9
backside 7 over the gap the hard way
fs 10 (ugly stalefish grab tho)
lago did:
bs 3 on, bs 1 off
switch bs rodeo 5
fs 10
beautiful bs 9
sw bs 12 (little short)
all in all lago had the more technical run:
sw bs 12 vs fs 10 -> lago big time
fs 10 vs cab 9 -> lago
sw bs rodeo 5 vs rodeo 5 off rail -> tie
bs 9 vs bs 7 over gap -> shaun
btw cab 5 is a safety trick, so i don’t give props to shaun to do that off that box.
well whatever i liked both runs and yeah someone should have cleared that gap.. i wonder why mikkel didn’t do it. he did it in practise.

travis shouldn’t have won this year, but he should have won last year. i think travis is one of the best snowboarders in the world but the x-games judging is bullshit. Shaun also should not have one. Ive been saying this shit for years; the judges always suck his dick. Voting should not be left up to the public because most people dont follow snowboarding enough to know what they’re seeing.

Together, those two things give Shaun a 1-2 point edge. If you can’t appreciate that, you have problems.

It’s a good thing Travis Rice let ESPN know the truth, the riders need to have more input in the competitions and judging cause the whole thing is getting more ridicoulus every year. I still think Travis should have given his gold to bang, but its redemption for last year i guess. RAIL JAM next year at X? rider judged!!

wtf have my riding skills to do with this? lago didn’t just dip the shoulder a little bit. he corked every spin nice, tweaked on is fs 10 and boned that front leg really hard on the bs 9 melon.
shaun’s been throwing the same 10s now for 6 years with the same grab. and yes it’s called an ugly stalefish he does there on his fs 10. his backleg is nearer to his body than his frontleg, his ass quite centered over the board. if you do fs stale rotations make sure you bone that backleg a little bit or else it just looks ugly ugly ugly.
talk about style. shaun’s just executing tricks flawless. you know who’s a stylish rider? john jackson is. simon chamberlain is. shaun’s just the pure opposite.
