not saying that flips should win nor are they more difficult but that is why america said that, the only thing that america as a majority can vote on is american idol, i lost faith in america voting for a president 8 years ago… however it is looking a little better now… but enough politics bang threw a switch bs 12 so clean that todd richards thought it was a switch bs 9 thats how good he made it look. and torstine may be one of the most skilled park jumpers in the sport.
Todd should have called america out and told them that it doesnt count if you wash out a landing and drag your hands. and anyone that thinks rice earned it has never hit a jump switch and has never spun any thing more than a 360 off of a 5ft hit

If you’ve ever been in a park you would know what the public likes. Someone can spin a 12 and the next do a flip and the second will get cheers from everyone on the lift.
It wouldn’t hurt torstien to change it up some. Remember what he was doing last year? Switch backside spins.

The X-Games has become a huckfest where style counts for nothing!!! Travis Rice is definitely one of the best….no, the best…. riders out there, but anyone who thinks he should have won that is crazy. get off his dick and open your eyes. i’m not hating on him, just being real! they should have a setup where no rider can spin higher than a 720, so we can see some stylish progression (ex. Heikki Sorsa, one-footer fs 3)one of my favourite tricks witnessed at x-games.

Would love to see this adapt into something like the AIr and Style. For ex. First jump-mandatory straight air…second jump 540 and under, 3rd jump open. NO repeating tricks in finals. Buffal Soldier has the right idea.

Trice is ill. His tricks are ill.. Mikkel, BEST style hands down. BUT, a revert should not even have beaten a switch bs 10. Plain and simple, a clean switch bs 12 shoulda beaten a reverted double cork. Rice is prolly the best all around snowboarder in the world. Takin NOTHING away from him. Just facts.

2.Torstein Horgmo

i remember watching white balance and seeing a feature on mikkel bang and luke mitrani on the standard snowboard show back when i was about 16 and they were only 12 or 13 and saying to myself “these two kids especially mikkel is gonna be throwing tricks that shaun white was never able to do when he was 17″ and look at it….mikkel is only 19 and he’s throwing back 12’s!

shred are u fucking kidding me? how many people were throwing double back rodeo 10s last year? eero ettala (probably spelled wrong) in follow me around and thats it. travis was the only one and still is throwing it down on park jumps. He did it with perfect style and landed it perfectly. Switch back 12’s are sick but a double back rodeo 10 would be way harder to land cleanly. good evidence of that is now lots people are landing switch back 12’s with good style: mikkel, torstein, andreas wiig, scotty lago etc. Still nobody else is doing what travis is, and that shows it’s a harder trick.
Last year Todd richards and some nobody judge decided torstein should have won. That doesnt mean shit. A different judge could have easily picked travis because it was about personal preferance. So shut your fucking mouth u crying little bitch. last year travis should have won, this year torstein should have won. THE BULLSHIT JUDGING GOES BOTH WAYS
