“Simon Says” Rail Jam, Bear Mountain

Once the sun set Saturday afternoon, Bear Mtn lit up their first night contest of 2009. Bear Mtn. hosted Simon Chamberlain’s contest, “SIMON SAYS,” an open registration amateur jib contest. Simon Chamberlain would be the judge for the evening and Joe Sexton got in the mix, keeping the shreds hyped while they battled it out. Simon called out tricks for the competitors during the jam session. The tricks started out simple and progressed into more challenging ones until there was only one rider standing. Tons of local talent showed up and entertained the weekend Bear Mtn. visitors through the evening.

a real tough comp for tons of people would make everybody do the shit switch since most kids only ride one way, that will separate people real fast

I think switch is just as easy… probably because I skate goofy and snowboard regular…

Joe lookes real weird in a few of these shots. But i love him
