Horgmo isn’t a rookie. that was the year before last year. The list of nominees is created by pro riders votes, THE PROS decide who should be on the list. It isn’t a list of who is “good and well-rounded.” Its about SHIT that went DOWN last season. not 2 years ago, or 5.

It’s not about who is “humble and hardworking” its about who the best riders in the world think produced the best riding. Simple. Always so many fairies crying on this site.

I saw Jake’s part in the new forum movie and wasn’t really impressed. kid can shred, but come on, Travis would eat him for breakfast.

Travis Rice does not belong into this award. You should just disqualify him for being at least two focken years ahead of everybody else. What this guy throws down in TITA is even better than all the ending tricks of this years nominees parts combined. He is so good, it’s not even funny. That Gap at the end…. that’s not snowboarding any more, i’d call it “rocketbigboarding” or “canyon-jumping”.
And bringing up Debari AND Paradis but leaving out Scott Stevens REALLY shows how you guys are trying to promote your own video and ignore the competition. It’s sad, that everything including fairness has to be ruled by money…
And what the hell’s so special about Pat Moore’s part?? I mean, he’s funny and I like him and it’s a good part, but what exactly makes it better than, say, Austin Smith or the Jussi part or Eero’s part or Dan Brisse? I also think that Louie Fountains part is really great this year. But it doesn’t matter anyway, TRice is gonna own that thing. It’ll be the Travis Rice Awards.

T-rice has the worst style ever and he dosen’t even jib, i thougth everyone was way over travis but then he shows up with his boring movie, and i dont think he should be nomeneed, I think that people should wote for somone who has great style and insane tricks, so im casting my vote for eiki helgason. i think they should have put torstein in there rather than Travis.

i think eiki helgason put’s the rest of thees’e guys to shame, this is his first year filming real backcountry and he’s got both fs and bs double cork 1080’s in his video part in “No correct way”. and he’s pretty much the best rail rider out there.
