I was at Tyrol Basin on the 30th of October. I had a lot of fun! Thank god there is a place near me that understands my needs as a snowboarder. Though I do enjoy the movie cause not too often do I get to see a place where I ride on TWsnow.com. But I understand why people don’t like this movie. First off its preseason with an acre of snow, why do we need cameras for filming pre season? I saw way too many people with cameras when I rode there. Film in the middle of the season when all your tricks are locked in and you don’t need an ATV to get enough speed to huck a 270. I love you transworld and I love that you posted this video, but c’mon So Wisc and Illinois riders we can do better than this!

This is Wisconsin people and it is was done in 24 hours let me see your video. Snowboarding videos suck to begin with. If you want to see real film making I suggest looking at Ingmar Bergman or Werner Herzog. Snowboarding filmmaking is nothing but a lame excuse for a music video. Even Mack Dawg is a lame filmmaker. THINK ABOUT IT all his films are just about snowboarding, filmmaking is secondary. A real film should stand on it’s own. With that being said I think that Wisconsin Preseason riding is pretty dope.

It’s the midwest. Nothing east of the Mississippi is open or even thinking about opening. Tyrol has and is open, so shut up and come on out or sit at home and complain.

i’m from the midwest and livin in colorado and i’d take that over opening day here. first off its a full week b4 breck and keystone opened and tyrol put together a better set up on one acre than either keystone or breck did on 50 acres. plus you don’t have 2,000 newbs crowding the park and 30 minute lift lines. and trust me kids at keystone were filmin a lot shittier stuff than that this weekend…basically just quit hatin on the midwest its just a bunch of ppl chillin and havin a good time…they even let them use a four wheeler…meanwhile keystone workers were threatening to pull passes for blocking the landing of a 5 foot flat box…video ain’t the greatest but u all just need to quit ur bitchin…oh and michael is the king…greatest snowboarding music of all time

Great Effort. Looks like a lot of fun. When I pick up my new Never Summer deck this week, I’m heading to Tyrol. It’s a lot of fun snowboarding on terrain that in all appearances seems as if there should not be riding. A kind of surreal experience.
The video is edited poorly, but it does not detract from enthusiasm and vision of it’s content.

Tyrol basin is tha shit. Mid West riders are throwin down. MWO last year… shits goin down.
