A watched pot never boils. Inside our communal "hut", life took on a ground hog day feel, melting snow, eating freeze dried dinners and debating all manner or conversational topics. The fact that is was light outside all the time only added to the never-ending day feeling.

The story, written and shot by Dan Milner, features Terje Haakonsen and Jeremy Jones shredding a chain of islands on the far Northern reaches of a Norway, only 700 miles from the North Pole. Polar bears are a real threat as is the remoteness. Part of the two-year splitboard film project Further, the crew tackles massive 2,000-foot long, 50-degree couloirs and returns to tell about it.
