The Team Shoot Out only lasts a week, but a load of work goes into it beforehand planning the shoots, and afterwards editing the photos and videos. It culminates with all four teams coming to TransWorld for the Team Shoot Out party where everyone gets a first look at the other teams submissions and where the winning team is finally announced.
