TORONTO, Nov. 14 // — Huffy Corporation (NYSE:HUF), manufacturer, marketer and licensor of sporting goods under the Lamar and LTD brand name, today announced the signing of New York-based CIC Global Industries, as a licensee in North America. Under the terms of the agreement, CIC Global Industries will design, produce and market Lamar and LTD outerwear apparel, including Snowboarding jackets, pants and vests, that will be available at sporting goods retailers and specialty ski and snowboard shops. This represents the 10th signed agreement for Huffy and the first since the finalized acquisition of Gen-X Sports in September.
