Hemi, Studio, Agent, and Analyst Fortify Fashion Category
KETCHUM, Idaho, December 13, 2002 — Smith Sport Optics has announced bold new additions to its popular Street Series of sunglasses with the introduction of the Hemi, Studio, Agent and Analyst. The new styles will be available at retail January 2003.
The Analyst has bookish style with angular flare, while the Hemi modernizes a retro style fit for any underworld boss. Both feature durable handmade acetate frames, adjustable wire-core temples, lightweight hinge design, and 100% UVA and UVB protection. These models feature high quality distortion-free Techlite Glass and CR39 lenses with 8 base curves.
Polarized Techlite glass lenses will be available in the Hemi and Analyst in a black frame with GP15 (gray) lens, and tortoise frame with BP15 (sienna brown) lens. Other Hemi frame color options include dark tortoise with brown gradient, black with gray gradient, and black lime with TG15 (gray). Analyst frame colors options include dark tortoise with brown gradient, black with gray gradient, red tortoise with SB18 (sienna brown), and blue fade with TG15. Suggested retail price is $120 for polarized and $70 for non-polarized lens tints.
Continuing the successful tradition of the Bookie, Virtue, and Saint, the Agent and Studio incorporate a wire frame construction. Based on retro aviator style, the Agent is ideal for those with a smaller face and feel like wearing a black suit and tie to the office. The Studio is a call to arms for those about to party. Smooth styling in a rimless frame design make the Studio ideal for day or nighttime use. Distortion-free TLT Carbonic lenses provide clear vision, super style, and soft accents to the world around you.
The Studio will debut in five frame/lens options to suit any fashion requirements. They include satin gold with brown gradient, chrome with gray platinum, satin silver with blue platinum, satin silver with clear platinum, and satin silver with rose platinum. Suggested retail is $70 and $80 for mirrored lenses.
The Agent will arrive in three colors including satin gold with brown gradient, satin silver with TG15, and satin silver with gray gradient. Suggested retail is $70.
