Our guys have been hard at work this season. Gabe Taylor has been busy slaughtering it lately. He just got back from a tour of everything between Mammoth and Whistler working on his video part. Sonora Pass, Mt. Shasta, Mt. Baker and Whistler backcountry, no Mountain was safe from his onslaught of technical freeriding. He’s having his best season ever. He will be featured in the Grenade crews new project “Revenge of the Grenerds” due out in September. M3 am Mike Tobia has been busting his butt for the new Grenade flick too, proving he’s ready for the big leagues.
Smooth Cat Jake Devine is up to his old tricks. Getting into trouble with his North Lake Tahoe crew and throwing clean moves down every handrail he can find. His part for the new Neo Proto video is coming along nicely.
Team captain Blaise Rosenthal recently visited Japan for a Planet Earth tour and 411 Video Magazine trip. He managed to survive SARS and got some shots all on the same trip.
The M3 team made the trip to North Star in March for the Transworld team challenge. Our team featured Jake, veteran Mammoth shred Bobby George, powerhouse Mike Tobia, quiet ripper Greg Hahn, and reno punk rocker Cody McElroy. Jake had fun riding his home mountain and the Am kids were stoked on the free meal tickets. Blaise enjoyed just cruising and cracking the whip on the youngsters.
After Northstar Greg went home to win the Oakly rail Jam at June Mt. on April 10th. He then packed up and headed to Colorado where he made the finals in the Breckenridge Smith Limo rail jam and attended Josh Malay day on april 15th.
These guys are all ripping this year so keep your eyes out for them.
