The plan was to spend the day shooting How To’s with Chad Otterstrom and Scott Serfas at Breckenridge, but the skies were less than favorable. We met Scott and Josh Sherman for lunch at Mi Casa then went back to ride the resort for a bit. Shortly thereafter Serfas called. He and Sherm were headed towards Keystone to shoot a gap over an old abandoned truck that Sherm spotted earlier in the season.

Fifty phone calls later we were following them to the spot, along with Matt Peterson and Erich Dummer. Most of the snow had since melted away, leaving the truck on a meager patch, and slightly sketchier than before. A runway was layed down, riders were slung and 78 shots were fired off.—Evan LeFebvre
