Favorite Terrain: Clean halfpipe with nice high walls or powder tree lines anywhere.
First Time: It was on Whistler and I was very nervous.
Is snowboarding ready for the Olympics? Not yet. It’s still immature. It’s not as seriously competitive as all other Olympic sports. A high level of training is not required.
If you didn’t snowboard what would you be doing right now? I would be an honor student at an Ivy League University.
What do you do when you’re not snowboarding? I hang out with my friends. I learn about everything. I play on a computer.
Who most influences your style? Any good rider. My favorites are Bjorn Leines, Juha Tenkku, Stefan Gimpl.
Who do you ride with the most? Yuho.
If you were going on a trip and could only take five things with you (other than a change of clothes and your snowboard) what would those things be? My pillow, the Lord of the Rings book, music, Quick chocolate mix.
